Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3 business days from the order date and will ship the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 24h to 48h for delivery in Spain, and 10 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Refund policy.


The money-back guarantee expires after 30 days. Once the guarantee has expired, it will be exempt from it. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 24/48 hours.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at orders@coferpiel.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to orders@coferpiel.com and send your item to: Polígono industrial Cuatro Vientos 27, 11660 Prado del Rey, Cádiz, Spain. This will carry an additional charge for the amount of shipping.


To return your product, you must mail it to: Polígono industrial Cuatro Vientos 27, 11660 Prado del Rey, Cádiz, Spain. If your purchase is less than € 40 shipping costs, both purchase and possible return will be at your expense.If you are shipping an item over € 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In the hypothetical case that the shipment is unsuccessful for any reason and does not reach the destination, we are not responsible for the loss.

Order cancellation policy:

Your order begins processing immediately after you click “Place order” on the page.

Once the order goes to the in-process phase, it can only be canceled by email to orders@coferpiel.com or it must be processed as a return.

To cancel your order, you can also call +34 956 72 34 54 and request a cancellation, you must have your order number at hand and in case of a partial cancellation, the detail of the items to be canceled.

In no case can a cancellation of an order already sent be made, in that case you must proceed to return the product once received.
